Q: How fast does this ship?

A: We ship domestic orders strictly via An Post. Expect your gear to hit your doorstep in 3 to 5 business days. If you have a major tournament this weekend and your fingers are already mangled from heavy grip fighting, you should have ordered sooner. Our rolls don't come with a time machine.

Alternatively, keep an eye on our Instagram! We always post ahead of time if we are hitting the mats at any local Dublin competitions or setting up a pop-up booth. Come find us in person to grab your rolls and dodge the shipping charges altogether—we might even throw in some freebies.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: We aren’t some massive corporate warehouse with a fleet of robots. Like most of you, we spend our weekdays grinding at a day job and commuting before we can hit the mats. We operate this whole thing straight out of the living room, which means logistics require a little actual planning to keep us from tapping out to the chaos. To keep things running smooth, all orders are fulfilled and shipped out on Fridays. Lock in your order during the week, and we’ll get it moving before the weekend. (Note: Sending us a frantic DM on Thursday night will not speed up the postal service).

Q: I train locally. Can we just do a hand-off on the mats?

A: Absolutely. If you are local to the grind, we can arrange physical meet-ups in Bray or Greystones. Drop us a line before you finalize your cart so we can coordinate the hand-off and skip the post office.

Q: Batch 001 sold out. When are you restocking?

A: We don't do traditional "restocks" of dusty warehouse inventory. We operate out of the Secret Habitat on a limited Drop model. When a Batch is gone, the online jungle locks. We will release new gear and bring back heavy hitters in future drops (like Batch 002, 003, 004...you get it), but they are considered entirely new events. If you want the keys before the public, get on the email list.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: If there is a legitimate issue with your gear, we handle it. Check out the official Refunds & Returns Policy linked at the bottom of the site for the exact details. (Note: "I tapped to a wristlock" is not a valid reason for a refund).

Q: I run an academy and want to tape up my entire team. Do you do bulk orders?

Q: Will this tape fix my terrible guard retention?

A: Tape fixes everything.*(Except your cardio. You’re on your own for that). It will, however, keep your finger joints from falling apart while you try to survive the round.

Q: What size is the tape in Batch 001?

A: Batch 001 comes in exactly one size: 0.75cm wide by 10m long. Or as the Americans call it, roughly 0.3 inches. Or 7.5mm if you prefer counting the tiny lines on a ruler. The grappling world can never agree on how to measure anything, but this is the exact, universal sweet spot for wrapping fingers. We are keeping it to the absolute essentials for this drop. Future batches will explore wider dimensions for buddy taping, wrists and ankles, but Batch 001 is purely for the digits.
