SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS (LIMITED DROPS) GoRollaGoRilla operates on a limited-edition "Drop" model. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time, and we do not guarantee restocks of any specific colorways, patterns, or batches once inventory is depleted. We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products in our online stores. However, colors or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to your device settings. Subject to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, all descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We may limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. GoRollaGoRilla reserves the right to accept or decline your order at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until GoRollaGoRilla confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days without giving any reason. However, please note that for health protection and hygiene reasons, this right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods (such as our premium tape pouches) that have been unsealed after delivery. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange in accordance with our Refund Policy and your statutory rights.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include shipping, handling, customs, or import charges. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our reasonable control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product packaging designs, video, and audio, are owned by GoRollaGoRilla and are protected by Irish, EU, and international copyright and intellectual property laws. These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or republish any of the material on the Services without our prior written consent. GoRollaGoRilla's names, logos (including "Rolls by GoRollaGoRilla"), product designs, and slogans are trademarks of GoRollaGoRilla. Shopify's name, logo, product, and service names are trademarks of Shopify.

We provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with GoRollaGoRilla. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and GoRollaGoRilla, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with GoRollaGoRilla.

SECTION 15 - TERMINATION We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

SECTION 16 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY GoRollaGoRilla AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY IRISH AND EU LAW, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS OFFERED THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' FOR YOUR USE, WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND. NOTHING IN THIS SECTION LIMITS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER UNDER THE CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT 2022 OR APPLICABLE EU DIRECTIVES.

SECTION 17 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY NOTHING IN THESE TERMS SHALL LIMIT OR EXCLUDE OUR LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE, OR FOR FRAUD OR FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION. SUBJECT TO THE FOREGOING, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL GoRollaGoRilla, OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, OR THOSE OF SHOPIFY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED USING THE SERVICES.
